The Fresh Start Program helps borrowers who have had a recent bankruptcy, foreclosure, short sale, or deed-in-lieu, and are otherwise qualified, obtain home ownership.

 

Program Features 

 

  • 580 Minimum Credit Score

  • Up to 80% Loan to Value

  • Debt-to-income up to 50%

  • 24 month bank statement option for self-employed income documentation

  • Loan amounts $150,000 - $1,000,000

  • Owner occupied / Second Homes and Investment Properties

  • Purchase / Refinance / Cash Out Refi

  • Up to 20 financed properties
